This is a young (looking) Klir-Dastir before a little “accident” basically made him the Dos Equis guy. Klir was born a varke, so that’s why he’s still got slitted eyes and all that jazz.
This look is heavily inspired by Gary Oldman playing young Dracula. >x> Heh.
